I was recommended Cedar Clinic for Invisilign and was a patient of Sharan. I can honestly say that the process was straightforward and efficient and my treatment took less time that expected. The reception staff were excellent at calling me when retainers were ready and Sharan and her clinician made me feel at ease, explaining the process as we went along. After several decades with crooked teeth and being very self conscious, I now have a smile to be proud of and am enjoying smiling at anyone and everyone! Thanks Cedar Clinic

I am highly anxious of dentists and dental work and this clinic was absolutely incredible. I needed two wisdom teeth extracted that were causing me pain and after a consultation I was fitted in with a cancellation next day for extraction under sedation. The staff were all incredibly professional and the dentist was incredibly patient and caring towards the fact that I was nervous. The prices were also reasonable for the service that was provided. I really appreciate Cedar dental clinic and their staff. Thank you so much.

Cedar Clinic is great. I’ve used the sedation side a few times. Everyone is chilled and friendly and your teeth get sorted without the white knuckle ride. Dentist Jessica is super - I’ve had root canal on a tooth that looks as if it’s never had work done to it and the man (apologies - don’t remember his name) that delivers the sedation is superb at his job too. I’m a person whose veins elude the best of them. I have recommended them to people I know and they have used Cedar too.

I was referred to Cedar Clinic by my own dentist for a Wisdom tooth extraction under sedation. The staff at Cedar managed to secure an appointment for me at short notice in an emergency situation for which I was very grateful. Being the first time I’d been sedated for a dental procedure and generally nervous of dentists and with a long history of problems with anaesthetic, I was very apprehensive. However, the appointment was swift and as stress-free as possible. I healed well and had no subsequent issues. Thank you for working so swiftly and effectively to resolve my problem tooth.

Having been referred to Cedar Dental clinic from my regular dentist due to the likely need for a tooth implant, the service has been excellent. The process from initial consultation to fitment took approximately 6 months with the complete schedule and intended steps documented from that initial consultation. Pedro and his staff are keen to explain everything, ensure that you are happy with the plan and not in any pain or discomfort. I am now just over six months post implant fitment and still have regular checkups to ensure things are as they should be. The care is first rate.

I used the Cedar Clinic to undergo Invisalign treatment and was so pleased throughout the whole process! The initial consultation with Dr Gill was well explained and I felt listened to in regards to what I wanted and being given realistic expectations. The entire team at the clinic were friendly and it was lovely to be recognised every time I visited. I was super impressed with the results I achieved and the time frame it took. The team made sure I was as far as possible into my treatment by my wedding date and I am pleased to say that we managed to complete the entire invisalign process in time and in less than 6 months!! I would recommend the Cedar Clinic to anyone considering Invisalign treatment or anything similar!!

I was recently suffering from a tooth infection, resulting in my face becoming swollen, and I was in a lot of pain. I went to The Cedar Clinic, where I saw Sara and her assistant. Sara alleviated my pain and suffering and put me at ease through the whole process. I cannot praise or thank Sara enough.
I have found all the staff at The Cedar Clinic to be very polite and helpful, particularly Sara's assistant and Emma at the front desk. She has been brilliant in scheduling further appointments for me. I highly recommend The Cedar Clinic.

I’m quite a nervous patient but have had to have some extensive periodontal work on my gums at the Cedar Clinic.

My Peridontist understood my anxiety about dental work, explained the process and was very honest that it was an “intense” procedure which over time, I will have to have 4 times to do 4 different areas of concern.
​
She was very calming, allowed me to do what I needed to relax during the process (listen to a podcast/ book) and checked in with me throughout the 3+ hours to make sure I was ok and didn’t need a break.
​
Since the procedure, she has called twice in one week to check how it feels and how it is healing and I now have total trust in her to do the same 3 procedures when the time arises. I couldn’t recommend the Cedar Clinic and the Peridontal service more highly.

Both The Cedar clinic and the coach house are outstanding, my daughter who has a learning difficulty and anxiety issues is now cured, she now enjoys going to the dentist, all staff have lots of patience and are so friendly. My daughter also had a brace fitted and now has gorgeous teeth! I am so grateful.

I had a crown fitted over three visits to the Coach House. The first visit was for preparing the area and for measuring up for the crown. The second visit was for fitting. The crown was not a perfect match aesthetically with the adjacent teeth and, without hesitation, I was given the option of waiting another week for a replacement crown to be produced, which I took. A week later, a crown was fitted to my complete satisfaction. An expert, quality service throughout.

I visited the surgery for the first time, and I felt very safe. My appointment was with the hygienist and she explained the process clearly as procedures are slightly different due to covid, and I was completely comfortable. Customer Service throughout very high and friendly.

After prolonged and agonising pain from a tooth abscess over a bank holiday weekend, began a course of antibiotics and pain relief in preparation for a tooth extraction. After contacting this practice a few days later, booked an appointment for the next day when Pedro examined the problem tooth which had decayed to the gum line. After an x-ray and then an involved conversation, he made an informed decision to extract the tooth immediately. After administering the anaesthesia, the extraction was over in a mere few minutes - all handled like a pro from start to finish by Pedro.

Pain is subsiding gradually but feeling far less pain 2 days later. The attentive care and pleasant interaction from the telephone booking to conversations with the lovely receptionist to the dentist at this practice was flawless and refreshing. Will be bringing the entire family to this practice soon.

I had my biannual visit to the Hygienist and ,as always, I was given a thorough clean and polish. My hygienist is an very professional young lady and also very friendly. She is always ready to give me good advice as to the best way to floss and teepee my teeth as well as ready to have a chat about how things are on a general chatty level. I certainly would recommend this Dental Practice to any of my friends as everyone is so friendly as well as being competent in the job at hand.

I booked an appointment here because I was having problems with my wisdom tooth during lockdown and my existing dentist was not available to see me and was just speaking to me on the phone and asking for photos. Coach house dental practice was very accommodating and Dr Pedro agreed to see me the next day whilst agreeing to work into his break! The receptionist was very friendly and explained the COVID-19 adjustments. Dr Pedro made me feel comfortable and explained all the findings during my appointment. It was a really good experience and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a private dentist. I will certainly be going back when required.

I have been using this Dental practice for over 30 years. Staff are fabulous and very professional and welcoming. The dental team are very understanding if you have an issue with being at the dentist and are accommodating to every phobia/fear. The technology used in this practice I believe is second to none and my dentist goes above and beyond to try to save my teeth instead of extracting them! I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been with Coachhouse Dental Practice for about 1 year now, being a nervous patient, I have found the staff to be extremely understanding of my needs, and cannot recommend them enough. Being on the Coach House Management Plan, I now visit the Practice regularly for both dental check-ups with my dentist Jessica Park & Hygienist Nicole. I have also recently had a tooth removed and replaced with an implant with Mr Millhouse. Although it was a long process, Mr Millhouse & his nurse Sarah have been extremely supportive throughout the process and continue to do so

This is my third time going to the practice after moving here. I had a check up and an appointment with the hygienist. I like seeing the same people and the dental practice make that happen. Definitely, will be going again and would recommend to anyone. Why did I not give 5*? The first time I was there, I felt more welcome. Yesterday, I felt the practice made more of an effort the first time around because they wanted to sell me their Care Plan. Am I worth less if I am a returning customer?

I have always had a fear of dentists even for the smallest check up until I discovered The Coach House . The kindness , understanding and empathy all the staff have shown me has changed how I feel. I have full confidence that what ever I need to have done is genuinely needed and it will be done in a way that helps me through the process . I now even book appointments for hygienists etc without being promoted ..... unheard of for me . A quick note to say my mother , who has dementia and needed dental work was so well looked after with the dentist and I helping her through .
